Disney Negotiating with Twilight Director to Helm Matched

Disney is currently in negotiations with director David Slade to helm "Matched", which will be an adaptation of the Ally Condie young-adult novel.

The book is about a girl in the future where choice is taken away,and she falls in love with a guy who isn't her "match".  The series currently includes two books, with the third on the way in November.

Slade has directed "30 Days Of Night" and "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse".
